How long does it take for my first order to be filled?
Your marketing system and your first leads package will be filled within 24 hours of payment being received. Please note, if you have paid by echeck your payment must clear first, then once paypal has sent our system the notification that your payment has cleared, you will have to wait the 24 hours.

I want to upgrade my package, how do I proceed?
Contact us using our Help Desk and we will provide you with instructions to proceed.

How long does the marketing system run for?
Each batch of leads loaded  into your marketing system runs for 30 days. Each month,  your old leads are replaced by new leads. 

What URL do I provide you in order to direct prospects to my website.
We've created a masked domain specifically for your NPN business. All we need is your NPN ID and we take care of the rest!

Can I just order the Lead Generation Page and the Contact Manager System?
No, sorry we don't offer separated features, in order to utilize any of the features of The NPN Sponder you must purchase one of the leads packages.

I setup a subscription but then cancelled, I just want to TEST the system first.
We recommend if you wish to test drive the system, you wait until your order has been filled and your Marketing system has commenced prior to canceling your subscription. Once you create a subscription, Paypal sends notification to our server that a payment has been made, which initiates the process of starting your Marketing System. If you cancel your subscription, Paypal sends additional code to our server telling it not to fill any future orders, it doesn't discern whether the initial order was filled. If this situation has occurred with your account, please contact us with your subscription ID package information, date of payment and your The NPN Sponder Username and we will correct the issue for you.

How do I cancel future orders with The NPN Sponder?
Canceling future orders is simple. Log into your Paypal account and cancel the subscription you created with us and no more orders will be filled.

When I cancel does my system automatically stop?
Once you have cancelled your subscription, your Marketing System will continue to run until the end of the cycle (30 days). At which time no future orders will be filled. Your access to your back office will be available to you until the end of that cycle in a limited status. Once your cycle has been completed, your account will be set as closed. Access to your Back office will be disabled.
